The hosts are a Brazilian and Dutch couple with a lovely dog. The hosts speak German and English as well as Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch and Afrikaans.
You can also use the terracce and garden
The rooms are available on the top floor of a family house in the garden district of south-east Munich.
The large room (approx 40 m²) is equipped with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), cupboard, sitting area, comfortable couch, writing table, television and a refrigerator. The room is ideal for 2 persons. However we can accommodate 1 more person (extra mattress available). Maximum occupancy 3 in this room.
The balcony room (approx 21 m²) is for 3 persons. There is a double bed (1.4 m) and a single bed, also TV, desk, wardrobe, microwave and refrigerator.
Also there is a small room for up to 2 guests available in this house. It is approx. 11 m² and furnished with a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m), wardrobe, television and desk. You will also find in the room a fridge and a microwave, heavy curtains and a fan in summer.
There are two bathrooms with WC, one in the groundfloor and one on the first floor, and are shared with the hosts as well as the sitting room and garden. There is a washing machine in the cellar that can also be used.
A fan is available in summer. Kindly note that pets are unfortunately not allowed. The room is a non-smoking room, however the terrace can be used for smoking.

The bus stop "Feldbergstrasse" is directly outside the house.
The city centre is 30 minutes away by public transport (Bus 194 to station "Trudering bahnhof" and then by S-Bahn (city-train) S4 to Marienplatz).
The Oktoberfest is 25 minutes away by public transport (Bus 192 to station "Neuperlach Süd" and then by U-Bahn (metro) U5 to "Theresienwiesse").
