We would love to welcome you in our "Welcome Inn" and offer you a holiday home with overnight stay and breakfast. Our apartment is located on the rim of a small village in Lower Saxony. Lathen, in the beautiful Emsland near the Ems, not far from the North Sea and close to the Dutch border. The flat is designed for 6 persons (4 adults, 2 children) and long term rental possible.

Our friendly guest house, located in Minsen in Wangerland is running in a individual and family- oriented style. It was opened and rebuilt in 2008. We try our best that all guests feel at home and can enjoy a relaxed and comfortable holiday. If you like we serve a large breakfast every morning. You will note that the accommodation is in a good condition and that everything is cleaned very well.

In the villa you find a garden pavillon, a sauna and a terrace with garden pond for relaxing. Conference rooms are also available.

Room amenities: separate living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, sleeping area with 2 single beds, satellite TV, central heating, free wireless internet, garden furniture and bonfire / barbecue. Your dogs are very welcome!

Villa Klabautermann
Your nice spacious double room with own bathroom is in a beautiful new building 300 meters from Barßeler port located at the German Fen Route. Breakfast is possible and very rich. On Barßeler port there is a rental of canoes and bicycles. How about a canoe or kayak tour with Canadierer on natural rivers or channels? Then change to bicycles of the rental and cycle back through our beautiful landscape, along meadows, fields, dykes and canal bridges.

Old forester's house
The old forester's house offers 6 guest rooms including breakfast or for longer stays an apartment. It is located near the quiet forest in the centre of Wendland, south of the Lüneburger Heath. Here you find large nature reserves, a nice horse farm in the village and the river Elbe where hundreds of migratory birds gathered in autumn and spring. The next shopping possibility, some museums and excellent restaurants are located in the small town Lüchow with its beautiful timbered houses. All over Wendland you find also bike path which als uses by skaters.
