in the east of Berlin on the border of Berlin Köpenick in Kaulsdorf-Süd,
on the edge of the Dammheide nature reserve is your peaceful lodging. It
is a renovated attic of about 45 m² with a separate bathroom, two rooms
and cooking facilities for small things.
The
apartment is suitable for 1-4 persons and is plainly furnished. It holds
two single beds (that can be made into a double bed) and a new sofa-bed, a large
wall unit, TV, radio, as well as a fridge, two electric hot plates, coffee machine,
water boiler, utensils and cutlery. You have a separate bathroom with shower,

During
the summer months from May to September you have a sheltered, cosy sitting

here, ask for more information.
Your
host is on early retirement and is a passionate amateur gardener. Apart from potatoes,
lettuce and many other vegetables, he also breeds rabbits. Sufficient
parking is always available in front of the property. The street is a blind alley
making it a very quiet area.

of the apartment
We are located in Kaulsdorf-Süd, east of Berlin
in a quiet green residential area with numerous detached houses directly bordering
on the Köpenick district. The nearby Dammheide nature reserve and alongside the river Wuhle are perfect for taking a stroll. The drainage channel stretches over a distance
of 15 km, takes its source from Ahrensfelde and flows into the Spree at Köpenick.

Köpenick
In the old town of Köpenick (incidentally one of the three medieval towns
in Berlin), one must visit the old Town Hall, made famous by the legendary "Hauptmann
von Köpenick" (Captain of Köpenick) who, having borrowed a
captain's uniform and taking command of twelve grenadiers, arrested Köpenick's
Mayor and confiscated the town's treasury. Directly
opposite the Town Hall there is a ship's landing stage from where one can take
beautiful tours through Berlin (right in the heart of Berlin and back again). |
