Here you find an apartment with a wonderful view to the TV-tower and the water tower in the heart of the scene-surrounding nr. 1 in Berlin, the Prenzlauer Berg.

Your host offers his private apartment from time to time. So this flat is nothing for people who are used to spend vacation time in a "sterile, normal holiday flat", but it is excellent for young, relaxt people who would like to discover Berlin and who want not pay hotel price. Your host can be asked for recommendations and casual guided tours. From time to time he comes into the apartment (of course he will ring or knock on the door before) to have a look if everything is ok, to give water to the plants or bring you new towels.

Everything is modernized. You will find the flat on the 4th floor. The apartment consists of a living room with television and stereo unit. You will also have a bedroom for one or two persons (couple). You will have a kitchen with a fridge and a stove. There are all the things you need for self catering. There is small, but nice bathroom.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen - thank you.

Considering our guests who are allergic to animal hair it is not possible to take domestic animals with you.

The apartment is located near the Kollwitzplatz, directly opposite the water tower, a huge sign of the surrounding.
You are surrounded by restaurants, pubs and galleries. The so-called "Kulturbrauerei" (culture brewery / Knaackstrasse / Sredzkistrasse) offers you an enormous entertainment: modern cinemas, the restaurant "Soda" with lounge, a jazz-bar and a house disco on the 2nd floor. On Friday you can enjoy a part of the East-West-nostalgy (rock and pop from the former G.D.R.). On Wednesday the entrance is free for a king of cross over disco, the only condition: You must be older than 27 years.

You are almost exactly in the centre of Berlin. A lot of the important sights you can find walking. Otherwise you can use the excellent and efficient public traffic system. After arriving in Berlin buy the "Welcome Card", valid for 3 days of excitement, 3 days travel pass which offers you 72 hours of free travel within the A, B and C zones of the Berlin public transport network as well as reduced prices or free admission for sightseeing tours, wlaks, dicounts for prices in museums and exhibitions and a wide range of special avents and other cultural attractions in Berlin. It costs you 21 euro.
We recommend you the underground line nr. 2 (U2), which will you bring across Berlin.
