The Kurfürstendamm stands for exclusive stores, for nightlife, for cafés, theater and chic department stores, in short: for urbane culture. Just a few steps south and you leave this boulevard and the metropolitan hectic pace behind you and move into a solid middle-class, sometimes villa-like part of town. Nevertheless it certainly doesn't lack the various restaurants and going-out possibilities that one desires. The Fasanenplatz, the Ludwigkirchplatz or the Rüdesheimer Platz along with their chic array of steetcafés, trees and water wells are popular meeting places of the Berlin residents. It becomes a more distinguished in the Fasanenstrasse with many the boutiques and galleries there.

When you head west of Berlin Wilmersdorf you gradually leave the inner city, to arrive in the Grunewald along with its relaxing atmosphere and nature preserves. Here, in the middle of the forest on an elevation at the Havel the 56 m lain, offers the high Grunewaldturm a spectacular outlook on the subject of the Havelseen and sometimes until to Potsdam. The Teufelsberg(Devil's mountain) in the north of Grunewald was spread after the Second World War from ruins and at 110 m high is one of the supreme elevations of Berlin. And what could be more relaxing after a stroll of the Ku'damm than an excursion to the Grunewaldsee(lake) or the Hundekehlesee.

The apartment

We offer a furnished apartment in the heart of the west city center in Berlin Wilmersdorf at the Kurfürstendamm, the apartment

• has a large, light room along with two twin beds (as well as double bed adjustable) and a sleeping sofa (for a third person or a child),
• is 34 m²,
• is arranged functionally
• lies in that 4. floor (without elevator)

... and is equipped along with (exclusive use)

• central heating
• representative full equipment (Furniture, Deko)
• large wardrobe
• fully-installed kitchen along with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toasters and grill
• bathtub along with shower and heatable towel rack
• writing desk, color TV and
• towels, bedding and bed-linen

and there can stay 1-3 guests.

The price per apartment

final cleaning 30 euros, miminum stay: 3 nights, extra charge on New Year's Eve (23/12-01/01): +30% and minimum stay: 4 nights
Breakfast is not offered
If you stay more than 6 month the rent reduces to 550 euros per month and this includes all regular costs, electric up to 30 euros per month and one general cleaning per month, it also includes GEZ (government TV-fee).

Considering our guests who are allergic to animal hair it is not possible to take domestic animals with you.

Here a couple of points to the surrounding and from the things, which lay out the life simply more pleasantly :

• Transport connections: underground Adenauer Platz (U7) and S-Bahn Charlottenburg (S3, S5, S7, S75 und S9) (city-train)
• only 5 minutes to the Berlin city expressway
• direct bus connection to the trade fair (ICC) in 10 minutes
• diverse shopping facilities for the daily and the extraordinary need (the purchase mile on Wilmersdorfer Straße on foot well reachable)
• suitable for everyone's taste in bars and cafes
• quiet and light situation in the house

Parking situation
You can park for free on the street but sometimes you need to search a bit to find a space.

Potsdamer Platz: 11 minutes by underground until Yorkstrasse, from there by S-Bahn (city-train) until Potsdamer Platz (4 min) or by bus until Wittenbergplatz (13 minutes) and from there by underground til Potsdamer Platz (8 min)
Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse: 22 minutes by underground until Yorkstrasse, from there by S-Bahn (city-train) until Friedrichstrasse
Airport Berlin Tegel: 22 minutes by bus 109 (all 10 minutes) until Mehringdamm from there by underground U6 until Platz der Luftbrücke or straight ahead by bus 104 or 119 in 26 minutes
