The house is situated in the western part of Berlin near fair, ICC, the Olympia-Stadium and the Waldbühne (Forest stage) in a green, quiet area with single family-homes. The underground is only 5 minutes walk, and from there it's a 15 minute trip to the Kurfürstendamm. To the fairground its only 4 stops by underground. Berlin, as the capital of Germany, has a lot to offer: it's surprisingly green and offers a multitude of sightseeing hotspots.

The room

The room is very newly renovated and suitable for 1-2 guests. From there you have a very nice view into the garden. The room has own bathroom with shower, own entrance, TV, desk and table. Bedinen and towels are included in the price. There is a kitchen outside the room to prepare breakfast.

Apartment

is in souterrain with a personal entrance. Its suitable for 1-3 guests. It has a living/sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen, there are two single beds and a sofa-bed. There is a TV and you can use the garden-terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Price includes linen and towels. You can get a cot free of charge, shoud you need one.

Breakfast is not offered. There is a wonderful café only 2 stations by underground (station Westend), where you can get breakfast for 6-10 euros.

You can park your car in front of the house on the street, there is always enough space for your parking.

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you want to drive with your car in the Berlin city centre, inform yourself here: LEZ stickers for tourists. This accommodation is located outside the LEZ. You can leave your car here and travel with public transport into the city centre.
