The
apartments
The
quiet single-room designer apartments (approx. 30 m²) are
located on the basement and the 2nd floor of a new building without an elevator.
The apartment on the second floor
There is a large
double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 armchairs and a table, a flat screen TV (cable)
and a radio.
Space
for clothes is available in two bureaus and on the clothes rail in the hall. 
In
the comfy kitchen you can eat breakfast at the bistro table. Here you find a stove
with 4 hotplates and an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and coffee presser, a kettle and pots etc. You can also drink your coffee on the balcony with a view
of the television tower. You may also smoke there.

The
tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a shower curtain.
The apartment on the basement
The apartment on the basement is very similar to the other one, in equippment and size, and does also have a balcony. The kitchen of this apartment is equipped with a cooking plate.

you have a floor desire, indicate these with the reservation. We try to consider

host speaks German and English.

you are at the absolute center, directly at the border of Prenzlauer
Berg. Right in front of the door, one of Berlin's most exciting and
innovative districts unfolds to you with its cafés, galleries, restaurants
